Complaints:
We are committed to revert on all complaints within 48 hours. Embracing a philosophy of Root Cause Analysis using tools such as C&E Diagram, Why-Why analysis, we strive to address every issue from its core. We utilize 8-D problem solving methodology to create a comprehensive prevention plan.
